This Gingerbread House Village cookie cutter set includes 4 cookie cutters, each a different gingerbread house design. You can purchase this as a 4-piece set, or individually as a single house.

Template for the Gingerbread House Village Cookie Set
To help with the decorating process, I made a PDF template available for this season's Christmas collection, including this gingerbread village cookie set.
You can download these cookie templates HERE.
If you have a Kopykake or Pico projector, just print it out (or pull it up on your mobile device) and you are good to go. For those without a projector, follow the suggested steps below by tracing the design onto the cookie with an edible food marker.
The Cookie Decorating Process
To decorate these gingerbread house cookies, you will need the following suggested colors:
- Light Brown Color royal icing (I mixed Americolor Orange, Americolor Electric Green, with a touch of Americolor Chocolate Brown.)
- Dark Brown icing (I mixed the same colors as above but with more concentration.)
- Green icing (I used Americolor Cypress.)
- Red icing. (I mixed Americolor Tulip Red with some of the light brown from above.)
- White icing (I used Americolor Bright White.)
Step 1
Begin by filling the door area and the round window with dark brown icing. Let that icing crust over.
Then fill in the remaining cookie area with light brown icing. Let this icing dry for about an hour.
Step 2
Next, add the snowy drip detail on the roofline and floor, as shown.
For this particular house design, add the side trees. I added white stripes white the icing was wet. I dragged a scribe to create the branches. (See the video below for exactly how I did this.)
Also, add the white trim around the door and window.
Step 3
Next, add royal icing transfer accents with a little royal icing. You can find the transfer sheets in the PDF template linked above.
There are transfer sheets for the window shutters, the wreaths, and the peppermint candy.
Step 4
To finish the design, I piped on hearts and the white door knob.
