Christmas Cookie Box Sets

While I'm still busily processing current Christmas cookie cutter orders, I wanted to fit in a few more designs I had in works for a while. I wish I could have released these designs sooner, but it took me longer than expected to finalize them. Hopefully, releasing them this week will still provide enough time if you would like to provide one of these cookie options this Christmas season.

The idea behind these new cookie cutter designs stemmed from requests for Christmas cookie box sets. A cookie box set is always nice option to offer around the holidays. It took a bit of brainstorming, but here are the designs what I came up with.

Christmas Cookie Box Set Cookie Cutters

Just added to the shop are two new cookie cutters: a vintage Christmas ornament cookie cutter and a Ho Ho Ho cookie cutter design.

The designs for these Christmas cookie box sets are another 3-piece idea that fit in my favorite favor box from BRP BoxShop. I simplified the idea by making use of only one cookie cutter shape for each set.

Template for the Christmas Cookie Box Sets

I provided downloadable PDF template files for both the vintage Christmas ornament cookie and the Ho Ho Ho cookie design. In the file, I included all the design ideas shown in this post.

If you have a Kopykake or Pico projector, just print it out (or pull it up on your mobile device) and you are good to go. For those without a projector, follow the suggested steps below by cutting out the template and tracing the design onto the cookie with an edible food marker.

Vintage Christmas Ornament Box Set

The first cookie cutter, a vintage Christmas ornament, reflects the nostalgic ornaments of yesteryear. Perfect as an individual cookie, or grouped together in a 3-piece gift set in my favorite 7″ x 4.5″ BRP Cookie Box, this ornament is a great addition to your Christmas collection.

The ornament itself was design to provide enough space for text. As you can see in the example above, I went with traditional favorite "Deck The Halls".

Or, you could go completely whimsy, as shown above with "Fa La La". Those are just a few ideas. I can totally see "Let it Snow" or "Oh Holy Night" working as well. Basically, any short, 3-word phrase would fit the bill.

Ho Ho Ho Christmas Box Set

I would have to say this second cookie cutter is my favorite of the two. It's a "Ho" design with the H and the O connected on a single cookie. "Ho Ho Ho" is Santa's signature belly laugh. So for a decorating idea, I went full-on belly.

For each of the Os, I decorated them as the bellies of classic Christmas men: Santa, his elf, and a snowman. Maybe we'll have Santa's reindeer cookies in another set!

However, feel free to keep the design simple. As shown above, I only decorated one of the HOs as Santa and left the two remaining as simple block letters. Whatever route you chose, it's sure to be a hit!
